- To register, you must be a member of a user group like DECUS
- I tried to register with DECUS Canada, but none of their links worked
- DECUServe is an online group for support and consulting, and they allow registrations from anywhere.
- So my sequence was:
- Register with OpenVMS Hobbyist web site
- Register with DECUServe
- Register for OpenVMS Hobbyist License using DECUServe subscriber number
- (waiting for license and media)

- Encompass Canada (HP user group, links don't work)
